BSKI USY
Welcome to BSKI USY, home of the Bulldogs. USY stands for
United Synagogue Youth and is the youth movement of the United
Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. We are part of the EMTZA

conventions each year. St. Louis recently hosted the annual
Kinnus convention at the Millennium Hotel downtown. This site

Weekly Message from Leah Rothberg,
Dear USYers,
My name is Leah Rothberg, and I am your BSKI 9th grade rep. This past weekend a few of us attended EMTZA's annual Winter Shabatone. It was held in Minnesota this year, and the theme was Fire and Ice. We had services, conversations made to better ourselves, and we went snow tubing! BSKI USY has a program coming up this Saturday, Feb. 6th. There will be snacks, games, maybe even karaoke! It is free of charge, and all high schoolers are welcome to attend. If you can not make it from April 22-April 25 there will be Spring Kallah! It will be held in Nebraska and we'd love to have a big BSKI group to come this year. We hope to see everyone soon!

Hey USYers!
Its almost time for Chanukah, so get ready to pull out the potatoes and gelt! Remember, as you buy gifts for your family and friends, you can also purchase a small toy to donate to the Toys for Tots program. It doesn't cost much, and it makes an enormous difference in a child's holiday. You can donate new toys in the Toys for Tots box in the lobby of BSKI. On a different note, this Saturday, BSKI USY is having a huge Chanukah party at the synagogue with BAUSY and SZSL. We'll be making latkes, spinning dreidels, and partying with the hit bard, The Northwoods. Just come down the BSKI this Saturday night at seven, to have a great time with all of your USY friends. We'll be partying from seven to eleven. I can't wait to see you there!
Have a great Chanukah!
