When I attended the dinner
Friday night for the program, Voices Past and Present,
I was again struck at
what a dedicated President Paula Hamvas is.
What other shul
or organization has a president willing to roll up her sleeves and
get
her hands dirty; Paula cooks, washs dishes, does the table arrangements
on
top of all the meetings, family obligations and a full tiime career?
Her commitment
to BSKI and willingness to give her all is
extraordinary. We are very blessed to
have her as our
leader.
