Erica is the author of Inspired Jewish Leadership and Spiritual Boredom and
co-author of the The Case for Jewish Peoplehood and her latest, Confronting Scandal

She is faculty for the Wexner Foundation, an Avi Chai fellow, and the recipient of a prestigious 2009 Covenant Award. Erica was previously a Jerusalem Fellow and Director of Leadership Programs for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.

Erica has degrees from Yeshiva University, University of London, Harvard University and Baltimore Hebrew University.  She has served as an adjunct professor at American University and George Washington University and lectures widely on subjects of Jewish interest and leadership.
