Dear Friends,
I know we are all praying day and night for a break
in the cycle
of violence in Israel and, please God, for a swift and peaceful
resolution to the horrific conflict. We wonder what we can possibly do
from
our offices and homes outside of Israel. While visiting is of
course number
one. Number two is boosting Israel's economy by
purchasing Israeli
goods. I want to pass on a helpful suggestion for
boosting Israel's economy
and aiding its merchants and shop keepers. It
was brought to our attention
that Wexner Heritage alumna Jane Scher (San
Diego) has spearheaded an Internet
site for the purpose of buying

Shopping is
a trivial response to crisis, I realize, but an important contribution
