Time has flown by since my last update and on the trip as a whole.
It's Sunday morning and I'm getting ready to return to Jerusalem.
We're concluding our free weekend. I spent the weekend with my friend (also named Joel) and his family in Herzliyya (just north of Tel-Aviv). Since my last update, we've spent the night in the Negev desert, learned about desert survival, viewed the sunrise, gone repelling and many more fun activities. We also had our "USY event"
which was basically a mini "color wars" in which each of the 12 groups competed against each other in different activities. Group 3 (my group) won. We then went to a concert by Reva L'Sheva. This summer has been amazing and has gone by amazingly fast. For more updates and some group pictures, visit:
