CARING FOR VICTOR: by Meet the authors |
![]() |
SUNDAY, MAY 23
9:30 AM—12 PM
Brought to you by
BSKI’s Adult Education Committee.
Marianna Riley, a freelance writer and Robert Ellis, an Army nurse, wrote a
book. What is remarkable is what the book was about—his experiences and the
man behind the name we know so well. The book is Caring for Victor: A U.S.
Army Nurse and Saddam Hussein. Victor was the code name for Saddam Hussein
given by the Army while he was being taken care of and Robert Ellis was
the Army nurse who took care of him.
Join us at 9:30 am for a light breakfast,
and to schmooze and meet the authors.
The presentation and questions & answers will follow from
10 am – 12 pm.
Everyone welcome, no charge, but RSVP to Jeanne in the office.
